ABOAGORA is a symposium that brings together various aspects of academia, the arts, and society. This exciting annual event consists of interdisciplinary discussions, performative sessions, and diverse artistic interventions. The Symposium offers a forum for researchers, artists, and the public to establish new dialogues and new forms of collaboration.
This year, we continue our thematic plan “The Five Rings” with the element of Fire. In 2021, Turku celebrates the tenth anniversary of the city’s year as the European Capital of Culture. ABOAGORA 2021: “Fire” is part of the anniversary program.
